2. Google Sheets!
You don’t need to be an excel wizard to use google sheets to help you plan and organize your wedding! Here is a free template you can download to get started. Reasons why we love Google Sheets:
- Timeline Management: As you get closer to the big day you can use this tab to map out your wedding timeline from getting ready to pictures to ceremony & reception!
- Wedding Party Management: Under the wedding party tab you can organize all the details from gifts to attire! Similar to the guest list tab you could even invite your wedding party to view the tab so they know exactly what’s going on!
- Vendor Shopping: Avoid getting lost in a sea of emails with quotes and contracts. Using this google sheet template you can list all vendors and vendor details in one organized space! This will help you to price compare and select your favorites.
- Guest List Management: Under the guests tab you can invite various family members to edit this tab with addresses, phone numbers, or anything else you might need. Also within this tab you can check off next to each name as save the dates and invitations are sent! Lastly, keep a close eye on the guest count with the tracker.
