The process begins at least six months in advance. Sketches turn into concepts, concepts into prototypes, and prototypes into carefully stewarded designs.

Then comes the installation—a precise two-and-a-half-day window when the boutique closes and the real magic begins. Once the final appointment leaves on Saturday evening, our team dives in.

Ladders. Laughter. Christmas music echoing down the halls. Four-hour volunteer shifts filled instantly by team members who wait all year for this weekend. Moments of camaraderie and moments of exhaustion. Moments when someone stops, looks around, and whispers, “It’s really happening.”
