At Ava Laurénne Bride, we strive to create unforgettable moments, and on October 24th, we hosted an enchanting evening that will live on in our hearts. Our Fairytale Never Ends Ball & Fashion Show was a truly magical event that transported our brides and guests into a world of opulence, beauty, and wonder.
From the moment our guests arrived, they were greeted by the transformation of our downtown Fredericksburg boutique into a stunning Regency-era-inspired ball venue. Wendy Mercer of Gathering by Mercer brought this vision to life with breathtaking florals, sparkling lights, and intricate details that evoked a sense of timeless elegance.
A Night To Remember
The evening began with a captivating professional dance performance by Strictly Ballroom Dancers. Dressed in Renaissance-inspired attire, their ballroom dancing set the perfect tone for the event, leaving everyone in awe with their stunning opening Waltz (a dance guests later got to learn!). Guests sipped on custom cocktails, each with a touch of sparkle, and enjoyed delicious charcuterie bite by Elboard VA!
A Showcase of Couture
Our couture fashion show was the highlight of the evening. DJ Selfie Mirror created an electric atmosphere with a mesmerizing light display and powerful music perfectly companied by a Smokey backdrop provided by Hologram Smoke Machine. Everything about the atmosphere perfectly complemented the unveiling of our newest bridal gown collection, complete with a large projected logo by DJ Blendmasters. Each model dazzled in hair and makeup expertly crafted by Awsixtythirty hair design, adding a final touch of glamour to the runway!

A Touch of Whimsy
Adding a whimsical twist, our costume contest invited guests to dress in their best “once upon a time” attire. The best-dressed couple, selected by a unanious group vote, won a fairytale carriage ride courtesy of Fredericksburg Carriages and a gift card to The Publisher, a boutique hotel and cherished partner of Ava Laurénne Bride.
